I am forming a circle where women of all ages can come together in sisterhood; for renewal, discovery, magick, transformation, and wholeness.

At these meetings we will learn, share, create, and engage in sacred acts such as dance, ritual, chanting, and journaling for the nourishment of our souls, minds and bodies. Every meeting is designed to incorporate sensual enhancing experiences, shadow work, and play in a variety of ways.

I will lead you with guided meditation, ancient wisdom, holy mysteries of archetypal woman and self-discovery exercises into the almost forgotten (but never lost) art of the Red Butterfly Society. Here we are remembered as daughters of the earth and sky.

the Red Butterfly Society is a gathering of women, meeting once every month. it is ongoing. women come to be nurtured, comforted, blessed, touched, healed, attended to, heard, and understood. they come to rest, dream, learn, create, dance, cleanse, journal, and express themselves. they come to be silent, to chant, sing, speak their truth. they come to share, to embrace the feminine energies of the Mother Earth and all her daughters in the sisterhood. they come to nourish mind, body and spirit. and they gather to rediscover who they are in the secret places known only to them.

This Goddess Workshop requires a 13 week commitment. Each week we will devote our energies to a different goddess. The weekly meetings will consist of an introduction/teaching of the goddess; activities to awaken the goddess energies within (which include dress, food, attitude, creative expression, attributes/affirmations, body art/work, etc.); create an altar together; gather in circle to share our self in story, song, poetry, chant, meditation & dance. Be the goddess you are longing to see in the mirror. All my workshops bring women together in ways that enlighten, delight, and inspire. Express your inner goddess with us and remember who you are!

This is the cover of my first magick journal. Upon the weathered card sits a goddess cradled by the strong, naked branches of an ancient tree. She dreams peering through the labyrinth web of dark wood into a moonlit sky. If you were to gently lift the fragile star-sticker clasp, you would be able to read these words:

The book is is well worn and thick from the wisdom and magick it contains. This is a visual journal that journeyed with me for over three years. It began much like a seed - seemingly empty yet growing into a mysterious fullness that continues to share its fertile gifts with me yet. My deep understanding and the sacred unfoldment of its synchronistic mystery delights as well as enlightens me often. I recently came upon the wise words below, and though I am not sure where they came from, they touch me with a depth of recognition. It is beautiful how the Goddess reveals Her wisdom to us through our own "innocently" gathered bits and pieces of flowing inspiration/ imagination. Thus the magick of journaling! As Goddess of the Gypsy Moon

I am forming a small coven with a set number of women, either 7 or 13. If you are interested in joining this group, you must be willing to commit to a year and a day. We will meet monthly at the new and full moons. Together we can plan our basic goals, coordinate times, decide on dress, location, and other guidelines. This is a dream that I would love to make reality. A sisterhood of women who come together to honor the wheel of the year and to live, share & celebrate seasonally. Beginning at the Spring Equinox 2009.

One always learns one mystery at the price of ones innocence.
